A walk down memory lane…
Few years ago I made this moana inspired cake for my daughter.. it took almost a week to complete this cake. The tiny details were so time consuming and required precision, first time sugar work to create an ocean, edible sand (biscuits crumb), seaweeds, shells and under the ocean creatures. The spiral top tier representing Te fiti’s heart, and the bottom tier was moana’s skirt which wasn’t easy 🤪 but definitely a fun.
All hard work was paid off when the birthday girl saw that cake…
Usually the cakes I make for my family are just to experiment and see what I can achieve so the end result is always something to be proud of.

Custom made birthday cake. It is always a pleasure creating a cake for our customers specially when the customer is a loyal returning and have been getting their cakes from me for past 6 years. It does add an additional responsibility of impressing the customer one more time.

Another personalised cakes
Vanilla cake with the filling of chocolate ganache buttercream, covered with thick layer of milk chocolate ganache and decorated with fondant.

Regardless of how beautiful the cake is. It has to taste nice.
