Yes, this cake was made for someone. But more than that, it was about celebrating her.

The pink tones. The heart shape. The little piped details. And the message on top: “Twenty Fine.”

None of those things are huge on their own. But together they turn a cake into something that feels personal.

That’s my favourite part of what I do. Not just making something beautiful, but creating something that quietly says:

“This cake was made just for you.”

Because the best celebrations are the ones where people feel seen, loved and properly spoiled.

But in reality, it’s about making someone feel special. It’s about the moment when everyone gathers around, phones come out, and the room goes quiet for a second.

The anticipation. The excitement.
The “we’re having a baby” moment.

That’s my favourite thing about celebration cakes. Under the buttercream and decorations, they’re always about the people at the centre of the moment.
