I’m heading away on holiday at the end of this week! ☀️🌴🌊

The shop will be open as normal on Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th May, but will then be closed from Friday 15th May and will reopen as usual on Wednesday 27th May.

For those who have preordered cakes for collection on Friday 15th — these will still be available to collect as planned. As the shop won’t be open, please just ring the bell when you arrive✨

☀️ Warm weather reminder for cake collections ☀️

With the lovely warm weather we’ve been having, just a little reminder that cakes (especially buttercream!) don’t love the heat quite as much as we do 😅

When collecting your cake, please:
- Make sure you have a clear, flat space ready in the footwell or boot
- Pop the air conditioning on before you arrive so the car is nice and cool
- Head straight home after collection where possible
- Place buttercream cakes in the fridge until a couple hours before needed

Buttercream cakes can soften and become unstable very quickly in warmer temperatures, so keeping them cool is vital🎂
