The past few weeks have been very quiet, so I tried to factor that in when deciding how much to bake. But things definitely picked up again this week — which is lovely!

I’ll make sure I have plenty of cakes available on the counter next week🧁

Hey, Just a quick reminder before you collect your cakes this week!

As it’s so warm, please make sure your car is nice and cool before collecting. Transport the cake in the boot on a flat surface if possible, and keep it out of direct sunlight. Buttercream becomes soft very quickly in this weather, so gentle driving is really important too☀️

Please make sure you have space in your fridge ready before you arrive so the cake can go straight in when you get home. It should stay refrigerated until around 1–2 hours before serving (depending on how warm your home is).

We take every care to ensure your cake leaves us in perfect condition, but once it has been collected, responsibility for transporting and storing it safely passes to you✨
