Happy Tuesday and 1st of September, the ber months are definitely my favourite. The autumn decorations are out around the house and pumpkin spice has made it to the coffee machine.

This week I was tasked with making a pair of Nike Air Max 95 'OG Neon' trainers. 👟🎂 Not sure if I've made trainers out of cake before but always love a challenge. 🤩

I always forget to take progress pictures when doing carved cakes. I get in the zone of making them amd completely forgot 🙈

Who's starting to think about the months ahead and planning what your going to do with the family?? 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🗓️

My favourite time of the year is from September onwards, I love the colour changing leaves and comfort food of autumn. 🍂🧡 I can wait to bake with all the autumnal flavours of apple, cinnamon & pumpkin. 🍎🥧🎃

I'm thinking about doing paint your own Halloween biscuits, Bonfire boxes, Christmas fruit cakes, Elf arrival. 🎨🍪🔥🎄

Well last week wasn't a great week for cake makers and I'm so glad this week is cooler and the rain has made an appearance 🌧️🎂

This cake was being taken to Llandudno for a special birthday celebration. So had to make sure it was extra sturdy for the journey 🎂🚗
