My family and I have been living in Dartford since 2018, met great people ever since and in the last year I have developed an unexpected passion for baking. The great feedback received from family, friends and neighbours was unexpected too and it has led me to overcome my 'baking shyness' and start offering what I can genuinely say is a hard worked, intensely studied and premium ingredient based s

lice of joy. My thought and passion goes into every cake I make, not only for the ones that stay in the family. This may sound strange, but I feel like everybody deserves more than the regular 'off the shelf' cake. I feel that everybody (children especially) deserves great cakes that keep for 2-3 days max in the fridge - because that means fresh ingredients, no preservatives and no added nonsense. So if at some point you find yourselves craving homemade, home baked cakes and treats, if you have any special dietary needs or preferences, I am more than happy to do whatever tickles your fancy; I am just what my sign says: honest, natural and excited to help! I have one more 'quirk' I need to come clean about: I like to draw some sketches of my next order, so people know exactly what to expect (surprises may not be the thing you want when ordering a special occasion cake). Please feel free to write me anytime you get the chance and I will get back to you as soon as poss.

First time doing the Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake. It has Lotus biscuits, Lotus spread, cream cheese, double cream and whipping cream, white chocolate, it has it all!! And just a few red-currants to balance everything! SO creamy, comforting and pretty 😋
