Harvesting Our Low Carbon Potatoes🚜🥔

This crop was planted during the 1st week of May in Co.Armagh. The crop was grown using waste nutrients from our AD plant and cold pressed Irish seaweed from the North Atlantic shoreline. Our AD plant is mainly fuelled using waste potato peelings from our peeling process so being able to use the waste from the AD plant to grow a crop of potatoes has created a circular system without the need to use any chemical fertiliser.👏

The rain followed by some heat has helped... although after these lovely few days of sunshine we have all been enjoying😎 crops will be needing some rain to help with tuber growth🌦🥔
