Oreo Cake for a very special person 🥰🥳

My bestie is turning 40 tomorrow! She absolutely adores Oreo cookies and her favourite was my Oreo cheesecakes. I decided to combine both. Sponge was baked by my other baker friend (my recipe) as I was running around like a headless chicken this week (school-work-home 🤣). I have manage to make the filling last night and finally finalise the cake. She was very impressed so job well done 👍

Especially, in these difficult times please try to support your local businesses. The passion and love from them will make it all worthwhile 🥰🥰🥰 Love will transfer to the service and products. Those will be the ones trying to squeeze their schedules to make something special for you, not the chains…

When our little one insists that mummy should bake her a Unicorn Piñata Cake 🦄 🪅 for her birthday 🙈😅 To be honest, for someone who has tried it for the first time, I am quite proud of myself 😁😁 The cream is neither butter cream nor a fresh one. It’s called Krem Santi and it was quite elastic…Very hard to shape 😮‍💨 However, we were happy with the outcome and that’s all it matters for now.

Next step is trying this with different types of piping creams 😉
