A lot of time and effort went into sculpting this rather large 12” slab of Madeira cake into a Lamborghini Aventador! I do love a challenge 😅 So many details and angles made this a fun, super creative experience where I also learnt A LOT! The client loved the cake so much that they don’t want to cut it 😂 I’ll take that! 💗🚗

Celebrating this new week in style - the kids are back to school and it’s International Women’s Day! It must be time to eat another chocolate cake 😍
This time, filled and decorated with chocolate ganache and finished with delicious pistachio and chocolate macarons, courtesy of Dandelion and Cocoa (Helen Mantilas).
