It’s official! After lots of enquiries and a few successful trial runs, I’m so excited to finally launch Rachel Bakes on Tour!

Perfect for:
👉 WI groups, ladies’ groups & Men’s Sheds
👉 Hen parties, birthdays & get-togethers
👉 Fundraisers for PTAs, churches & sports clubs
👉 Workplace team-building events

Are you planning an event for your local group and looking for something fun, creative, and a little bit different?

📅 My diary is now open for Rachel Bakes on Tour from September onwards! I’ll be hosting one event per month, so if you’d like to secure a date for the rest of 2026 or even into 2027, please get in touch as soon as possible.

🌸 The poster provides a guide to the activity and pricing, but sessions can be tailored to suit your group’s needs.

🌸 Currently aimed at adults, although it may be suitable for ages 14+ depending on the group.

I absolutely love creating your celebration cakes and cupcakes every week, but I’m equally excited about the chance to step out of the kitchen, share some of my baking tips, and help you learn something new while having lots of fun along the way!

So there was another very special birthday last weekend as one of my daughters besties turned 7! 😺

She designed her own look for the cake and I created the vision! Chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream frosting, topped with vanilla buttercream and of course some pearl sprinkles!

My messages haven’t stopped over the last week — thank you all so much for the amazing support! 😊

☀️ Summer availability is now almost completely booked up! Here’s what I have left:

👉 June: FULLY BOOKED
(Still taking orders for Father’s Day cupcakes & Teacher Thank You cupcakes!)

👉 July: Limited availability remaining – full bar collections on Friday 31st

👉 August: FULL bar weekend 7th/8th

👉 September onwards – plenty of availability!

We had a fantastic weekend celebrating my sons 5th birthday! He chose a chocolate and salted caramel flavour cake and wanted a Lego & Sonic Theme!

For family party on day 2, I added extra piping and swirls of buttercream and re added the Sonic and Lego pieces to the original cake which was half gone to create a new cake!
