🎂✨ I’m back! ✨🎂

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately, and there’s a very good reason… the school holidays! 🥰

I’ve been taking some much-needed time to enjoy the summer with my boys and spend some proper family time together 💜 But I’m now back in the kitchen and ready to get back to doing what I love — BAKING! 🧁🎂🍪
I’ve already got some lovely orders booked in, but I now have LIMITED AVAILABILITY for the rest of September 📅

So if you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, christening, baby shower, wedding or just fancy treating someone to something sweet, please get in touch as soon as possible to avoid missing out! 💕

Who doesn't love a good reminder of how far you've come!!

This is my throw back Thursday.......my sons birthday cake just before I decided to start making cakes for friends & family vs his birthday cake last week.

Oh the level of piping is no where near where it should have been, atleast we got there though 😂

If you ever doubt yourself & think you can't do something, just try. (Try & try again!)

My Boy Is Officially a Teenager! 🥳
Where have the years gone?! 😭💙 My wonderful boy is officially a TEENAGER! 🥹🎉
Of course, Mum had to make him a cake to celebrate — and what better than a cake packed with all his favourites! 🍫🥜

✨ Chocolate sponge
✨ Peanut butter filling
✨ Plain buttercream
✨ Topped with his favourite chocolates
✨ And, of course, a little reminder that “It’s a hard life being a teenager!” 😂

Making cakes for my boys will always be one of my favourite things, but watching them grow up so quickly is definitely making this Mum a little emotional! 🥹❤️

Happy 13th birthday to my amazing son. I hope you had the best day — although apparently life is pretty hard now you're a teenager! 😂🎂💙

My first ever request for an axolotl themed cake and I absolutely LOVED it!

I've created this beautiful little cake for Evie's 7th Birthday.

2 layers of vanilla sponge with strawberry jam & plain silky buttercream. Handmade fondent decorations including fish, starfish, pink seaweed 😂, shells, coral & ofcourse a little crab 🦀

Finished with the CUTEST axolotl topper!

Just a little reminder (and a thankyou for your continued support) that it's not just a cake!
It's all the work behind it too. We all have to be registered with our local council, have a food hygiene rating (I've got a 5 🌟 by the way) & be insured.
We have to know every ingredient in our bakes and sometimes we even have to go from supermarket to supermarket (at 8am!) to find ingredients.
So when you think our prices are expensive it's not JUST A CAKE! It's also our time and mental work load, plus utilty,supermarket & fuel price increases, on top of our already chaotic lives 😂

Is it winter yet??? Everything is MELTING!!

Don't forget this weekend (Sunday 12th July) The Hollies Inkersall are holding a charity event to raise money for Weston Park! Come along to see myself & other stall holders & have a lovely fun filled day..

I will be baking lots of treats to sell such as:

▪️Smarties NYC cookies
▪️Cookie sandwiches
▪️Classic lemon cupcakes
▪️Individual chocolate loaf cakes topped with honeycomb sprinkles 🤤
