Welcome to The Home of Danish Baking 🇩🇰

Over the next few weeks, our team at , our bakeries in Denmark, will be introducing some of their favourite Danish bakes, sharing the stories behind them and giving you a taste of the traditions we bring to our bakeries here in the UK.

First up is our Bolle Med Ost: a bread roll with butter and cheese, and one of the first things you should order in a Danish bakery. It's a simple combination that lets the quality of the ingredients shine, starting with our freshly baked bread. Sometimes, that's all you need.

Autumn flavours from Denmark have arrived 🍂

The iconic Apple Crumble Social is back by popular demand, joined by the Apple Tart and two NEW all-butter pastries: the Signature Cinnamon Sugar and Pistachio & Raspberry Cruffins. Both are baked for delicate, flaky layers, a rich flavour and a soft centre.

Breakfast now includes three new high-protein pots: Greek Yoghurt with Blueberry Compote & Granola, Apple & Pecan Overnight Oats and Chocolate & Cherry Overnight Oats - giving you more choice whether you’re eating in or taking breakfast to go.

For lunch, discover the new Chicken, Jalapeño & Chorizo Jam Toastie and Ham, Comté & Cornichon Roll.

Plus, Pistachio and Pumpkin Spice are joining the drinks menu, each available as a latte or matcha.
