November is a bit of a slog, and the sunshine is off on an all-inclusive cruise.

So I’m doing this. Thank you for sharing.

Every day I get to mark a tiny victory box when I do something that pulls me out of my own head - read, scribble, colour, cook.

Small things.

Steadying things.
