My name is Helen and I have been a pastry chef for over 10 years working in and around Chester. Payments. Payment must be made prior to collection via BACS or Paypal. Confirmation of your order will be sent on receipt of payment. Collections
Desserts will be made available for collection via prior arrangement confirmed via email and also on receipt of payment. This is to ensure someone will be present when you arrive. Please do not come without prior arrangement as we wish to avoid any disappointment or confusion. Deliveries
Local delivery with 3 miles of CH2 2NB can be made free of charge. Areas further away but within the Chester area may be issued a £3.00 delivery fee. A minimum order of £12 must be made for delivery. Cancellations & refunds:
Cancellations must be made before 24 hours of due collection time. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered if cancellations occur after this time as your dessert will already have started to be made. Postal Bakes:
Orders must be placed and purchased before being dispatched via DM, Paypal or BACS. Postal drops will be made Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays via Royal Mail 1st Class at a charge of £4.35. If you have any problems with your order, then issues must be raised within 72 hours of dispatch for us to be able to respond promptly. Please Note
If you are dissatisfied with your dessert on collection or delivery then please let us know straight away. If you do have a problem with your dessert when tasting, then please get in touch as soon as possible. Refunds may be offered on receipt of uneaten desserts, however, it will not be possible to refund any desserts that have been mostly consumed or thrown away without notifying me of any problems. As all desserts are made in a domestic kitchen we cannot offer any free from desserts at this time as we do not have seperate cooking facilities for such products. Steps are taken to prevent cross contamination however cannot be guaranteed. Therefore all desserts are made in an environment where NUTS, EGG, CEREALS CONTAINING GLUTEN, MILK, SOYA, SULPHITES, MUSTARD, CELERY, MOLLUSCS, PEANUTS, SESAME, FISH, CRUSTACEANS, LUPIN may be present. Any desserts highlighted as Vegan may inadvertently contain dairy products due to cross contamination. Allergens & Free From
At this time Crave Bakes unfortunately cannot offer desserts that are free from allergens as all products are made in a domestic kitchen, where common food allergens are present. Allergen information will be online, with your order and on request if you have any concerns.
