Upper Rissington Little Hurricanes Baby & Toddler Stay & Play for under 5’s. We offer a variety of toys and games for the children. If you want to get involved we would love to hear from you!

Every Thursday (Term time only)
09:30 - 11:30am.

£3 per family. Little Hurricanes was set up and is run voluntarily by a group of mums who contribute their own funds and time to keep it going. It runs on a Thursday morning at the Village Hall between 9:30am and 11:30am during term time, although other events are

sometimes held during the school holidays. There is an area specifically for babies, a soft play zone, home corner, book area and craft space. We provide a nutritious snack for the children and hot drinks and biscuits are available for the adults. We regularly have external companies join us to enrich the playtime of the children as well as offering useful and exciting services to parents and carers. We see it as a vital service to our village and is open to anyone from within or outside Upper Rissington so please invite your friends along, all are welcome. We ask for a donation of £2 per family to help with the running costs of the group. We aim to be a fun and friendly place for all the babies and under 5s of Upper Rissington and surrounding villages to gather with their parents and carers. A group for laughter, friendship and creativity but also full of information.

But good news- we WILL be back open in September 🎉

Family action will also be attending, helping us to keep the group running. However, we need your help…. Attendance is low, we see so many young families around the village please pop in and see us, we are a nice friendly bunch held together by lack of sleep, lots of coffee and a good natter!!

URGENT!!

Edit: So less of a panic! The ladies packaging is trackable so unless yours have burst or smell funny they’re safe to keep - apparently. But totally your discretion.
We can’t sort money back though if they appear fine. Message if you want the sellers details and you can deal directly

If your child purchase one of these Squeezy Dumplings from a stall holder yesterday at the summer fete, please remove it from the child and keep in a safe place as evidence that you purchased it. We are trying to find the person selling them and will let you know once we have further info.
We have been told that some of them smell like petrol.
PLEASE comment if you did buy one so we know how big the problem is. Looks like we might have to report to Trading Standards as they're not answering the phone (hung up first try) and haven't replied to text or email.
