I'm open now! Spread the word, share the post! From now on, I'll only open one weekend a month, but keep your eyes peeled as it'll be the weekend I'm least busy! I'll also do some specials to order along the way so look out for those too!

Ok, the upshot is I'm really sorry but there's no sourdough today! I tried to rush it. It didn't like it and it's horrible...definitely not sellable. Apologies.
There will, however, be cake! Lemon drizzle and caramel crispie slices!

I did write a full caption but it disappeared!

Apologies, but it's been one of those weeks and I've had to make the decision to close the cupboard this weekend. It's not my main job, I'm actually a teacher and we've had Ofsted in for the last two days, meaning I've worked full days, then I also have a conference tomorrow all day. Making the sourdough takes the best part of a full day, on and off, so I won't get a chance to make that.

And I lost my cake baking days too. Topped with a presentation evening event for the big girl tomorrow evening, the van going in for a service over an hour away on Friday, and my summer choir final rehearsal and concert with on Saturday, there's not even time to catch up with any bakes along the way!

So apologies. I hope you understand
