FROZEN THEME FOR TILLY-RAE ❄️❄️❄️

Its not often I get to see a cake go from start to absolute finish, with a delivery to venue, and seeing the birthday girl blow out the candles… plus I had the honour of cutting it too, so I had to get a sneak pic of the centre and the 4 layers in its glory! 🎂
