Afternoon all! Im thinking about this years brownies boxes for teacher gifts. These were last years for my niece and nephew's teachers, they were well received 😋

Each box will have a selection of 4 generous (if we've met you will know i dont do half portions 😂) slices of brownies all wrapped up. I will leave a tag empty for your child to personalise.
These will be £10 a box and will need collecting from Walderslade.

Morning all... Usual baking dilemmas here! I'm attending a local market tomorrow for the first time and cant decide what to make, im thinking 2 sponges, two lots of brownies and maybe 2 loaf cakes, lets see what happens today! 🤔😘 (obviously, any suggestions or faves, let me know)

Hullo you lovely lot! Today has seen 24 cupcakes and 2 loaf cakes leave bakes hq.
Safe to say i like bit of sparkle on my ganache...

Oreo cupcakes with chocolate ganache drizzle

Bananna cake with chocolate ganache and bananna chips on top

Chocolate and caramel cupcakes - chocolate cupcakes, caramel buttercream and (obviously) chocolate ganache and chocolate drizzles.

New recipe try out today. Going for a dog walk shortly - the human contingent have been asked to bring tea money. (how they suffer, eh!)

Todays bakes...its my Nan's 84th Birthday today, so with her oldest grandchild being a baker/feeder, what are you gonna do but bake!

Cupcakes today, yeah, i love brownies but cupcakes are much prettier to photo!

A mix batch today,

Lemon drizzle
Peanut butter with chocolate ganache
And a gold old vanilla swirl 💜

So today was busy, we did our second fair! Its hard knowing what to bake and i like to ask when i meet people, so today we had ;

Triple chocolate (obvs)
Mixed fruit and nut
Mint aero
Caramel
Peanut butter
Chocolate orange and a new edition,
Bounty (honestly, this didnt sell well, but im looking forward to testing it myself

Lemon drizzle and victoria sponge, cos theres no school like the old school, right?
