Four layers of decadent coffee & walnut sponge, sandwiched & faced between silky smooth espresso buttercream, a skirt of chopped walnuts, piped coffee swirls and white chocolate/ dark chocolate bark shards=the perfect cake for jake. Happy birthday Sir!

Beautiful wildly rustic wreath made fresh this morning (in an hour!) for my lovely 88 yr old client Sheila- using foraged foliage from her garden 💓 Bay, holly, heather & rosemary to name a few- smelled wonderful. She was thrilled! I added a big red bow and hung it on the front door 🎄🌲🎅🏼

This is a promise- this is THE BEST GRANOLA YOU WILL EVER EAT- full of natural ingredients- and its super easy to do! Just whole rolled organic oats, whatever nuts/seeds/dried fruit you love(i used walnuts, pecans and brazil nuts- toasted coconut, dried cranberries for sharpness) a little dash of organic vanilla extract, pure coconut oil and organic honey to bind & roast, and thats it. Delicious on its own- watch it! Its SO addictive! With yoghurt, as a cereal with your milk of choice or even in a salad. Ive had so many requests for this- i cant tell you just how good it is
