Happy Yorkshire Day 🥂

Made my customer a Victoria sponge yesterday,then I fancied a bit of cake 😋🍰
So I made a little 6” cake , it’s big enough for us … it’s not perfect but it’ll taste great 😜🍓

Like I said before I’m not doing as a business now, but I can do an order occasionally but just as a hobby 😊

Oh yes & I thought I’d show you a picture of my luuuvvly hanging basket while the sun is still shining 🌞🌺🌼🌸

With a heavy heart I have decided to close my little baking business. For nearly 10 years I’ve been baking fantastic orders but think it’s time for a change…
I will be taking orders til the 12th June & maybe doing a few orders as a hobby instead.

So the last few weeks I’ve been waiting for some home grown forced Rhubarb to grow..
These were the first two sticks, grew quite a few more after that.
Here’s what I’ve made so far😋💕
Rhubarb Vodka
Rhubarb & Strawberry crumble
Rhubarb jam & Rhubarb curd tarts, desserts have gone in the freezer😜
No baking for me at the moment as I’ve trapped my 2 fingers in the car door last night, coat sleeve caught the door 🥲
