🍾🥂🤍Congratulations to Catherine and Josh, who were finally able to celebrate their marriage with their family and friends at Surrey National Golf Club, after it was postponed in 2020. The couple are musicians who both play the organ, which they wanted to be represented on their cake.

Catherine and Josh had their wedding last summer after lockdown restrictions were lifted. Although the celebrations have been postponed I was still able to make one tier of their wedding cake for them to enjoy.

This is a rich and boozy fruit cake with hand made sugar roses.
