// NEW CHAPTER //
At the end of last year, I decided to put the business up for sale with every intention of moving to a bigger premises. The business had outgrown 5 Hall Street and I wanted something that provided more seating and more kitchen space. HOWEVER, after a month long break at the start of this year, I realised that I really didn't want to commit the next few years of my life to the business which would mean missing out on so much more of my family life. It was a difficult decision, especially after having put everything I have into Border & Bake for the last 18 months, but it was the right choice for this point in my life.
I'm so grateful for all of the support I have received since opening. It really has meant the world to me. From meeting new people, reconnecting with old friends and experiencing just how much small businesses really support each other and build each other up.
As most of my regulars will already know, I will be relocating towards the end of the year, but until then, I will keep this page open and still be taking orders for collection/local delivery up until I move via DM.
has taken over the unit from Border & Bake and they opened their doors today. I'd like to wish Theo good luck 🍀 in his new venture. Pop in and say hello next time you're passing. I've already been in to test his flat white and cortado and can highly recommend 👍🏼
