🌻💛MATERNITY/PATERNITY LEAVE 💛🌻
☀️☀️PLEASE SHARE☀️☀️
We will be running as shop only until Friday which will be our last day open before Scott and I go on paternity/maternity leave to have our baby next week! We are all so very excited to meet him now 😃🥰. We will then be closed for a few weeks as we settle in at home before opening back up in stages giving us time to enjoy our new arrival whilst still being able to keep the bakery & cafe running smoothly at the standard and quality our customers are used too! We will have more savouries, Danish pastries etc in the counter tomorrow and traybake platters on Friday!
We will keep you all updated on re-opening etc with facebook posts when the time comes, our webpage has been updated with this information and we have new signs for the road up to the bakery so our customers are kept informed as best we can.

Sorry no pies or savouries but we have sweet treats, bread and rolls.

Pizza topped sausage rolls in the counter today 😍🍕Scott makes our sausage rolls from scratch, right down to his bakery made puff pastry to ensure the best ingredients are used and a high meat content in the finished product. He’s done some today topped with pizza sauce, cheddar, mozzarella and pepperoni. They look insane and are just out the oven ready for the counter this morning 😋.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the Mums, I think mine might be lying in a dark room after the busy day we had today 😬😅.
Thank you to everyone who visited, we fed hundreds of people and are very grateful to have been queued out the door the entire time we were open and also thankful for everyone’s patience when waiting to be served.
Huge well done to all my helpers, everyone worked super hard to get all our lovely customers served, get the lunches made, keep the coffee flowing, dishes done and make sure the cafe stayed clean and tidy. What a team. 💪💛🌻

Individual pavlovas in the counter tomorrow! we are likely to be quite busy, to ensure the best choice be here at 10am!
💛Please remember if you’d like to sit in the cafe please come into the bakery and place your order where WE will then allocate you a space in the marquee, anyone in the cafe without an order number will be asked to join the queue or wait for their people in the queue, this helps keep us right for how many tables we have free and also keeps it fair for everyone who has waited their turn. Even on busy days it’s never too long for a table to become available and we are always working hard to ensure everyone gets seated and fed! 💛
💛Open at 10am, be here early for the best choice in the counter!

Tomorrows counter is going to be insane 😍😍😍
🌻💛Crunchy chocolate mud cakes💛🌻
Bottom layer - chocolate mud cake - Chocolate sponge mixed with Belgian chocolate and salted butter ganache
Top layer - crunchy cornflakes mixed with Belgian chocolate and topped with chocolate m&ms.
Best served warm and melted (40ish seconds in the microwave) and probably with a pint of milk and full tub of ice cream 😂😂
Serves at least 3
All packed up and ready to take away or we can serve them warm in the cafe with a side of soft serve ice cream 🍨🍫
