It was an absolute pleasure making some of my very special friends’ wedding cake last month 🎂

I transported this cake from Cambridge to Hackney so we decided not to do a tiered cake but instead use a lovely wooden tiered cake stand

The 3 larger cakes:
3 layers of vegan carrot Halwa cake with orange vegan cream cheese frosting with dried flowers and dried fruit

I also made a mini gluten free version as the 4th tier 💁🏼‍♀️
