Fill a four tier cake with me.

This cake was delivered to the in Cambridge and consisted of an orange-chocolate bottom tier, followed by a lemon tier, a chocolate tier and on the top a carrot cake. Yum yum! 😋

I delivered this beautiful wedding cake to the stunning Queen’s College Cambridge earlier this month. Such an intricate room and a pared down cake as a beautiful focal point. I loved the flowers on this cake and the dainty piping underneath.

Katy, one of our 2025 brides, got in touch recently to show me how she had arranged her sugar flowers as a keepsake. ❤️

Sugar flower are delicate, but they will last for a long time if stored correctly (out of sunlight and at low humidity). Katy bought this dome with base on Amazon and arranged her flowers in some florist’s oasis. To keep them nice and dry, she added a few sachets of desiccant hidden at the bottom of the arrangement.

Doesn’t it look amazing! I hope Katy’s delicate sugar flowers will remind her of her lovely wedding day for a long time to come.
