I'm a baker based in the Peak District. I currently supply cakes to cafes in Buxton, Chapel and Glossop.

I also do cakes for special occasions and brownie postal delivery.

Baked by Bennett is closing its doors, hopefully not for good... but we shall see.
I just want to thank EVERYONE who has supported my little business since I began. From baking in my kitchen at home to having a fab kitchen in Edale. I have supplied to some amazing local cafes and posted Treatboxes all over the UK. I'm proud of what I have achieved but I think it's time to put a pin in BBB and see what my next venture will bring.

This is a super tall GF lemon cake that went to a lovely celebration at the weekend.
