USA menu is here 🇺🇸 Final stop on this journey so let’s go out on a bang 🎉
“But Hannah, you usually give us a pic of every dish” I hear you cry. You are right, I do, but I also don’t usually make 100+ tacos in a week so my photography sessions sort of went out the window. whatcha gonna do? 🤷🏻♀️
HOWEVER this menu has been road tested to death and at the last supper club went down an absolute storm. Scroll to the end to see how happy you will be once you have consumed it all (sorry Mol).
From the top...
~ deep fried pickles & aaaaaall the dips

~ 12 hour slow cooked beef short ribs OR mac & cheese (v) / jalapeño cornbread / slaw

Couple of points to note on this one guys, 1 - You will need to fry your pickles at home, I’ve been practicing all week to work out how to deliver and keep them crispy and delicious and it ain’t happening. It’s super easy, I promise, you just need a saucepan and a litre of veg oil or a deep fat fryer. The rest is the usual deal, reheat & inhale.
