A quick note on Fluffy Clouds:

As a single-person operation, my hands (and tired joints!) have officially called a truce this week after a massive week of baking. I’ve taken the decision to skip making Fluffy Clouds for this weekend’s run so I can focus on bringing you a full table of everything else. They will be back very soon, I promise! ☁️❤️

When you take the small-batch, passion-led approach, something special happens. It means I get to know so many of you by sight, and I’m still completely blown away every single time I see someone try their first sample, notice the repeat orders rolling in, or just see a smile light up someone's face over a bake.

Just over the last few weeks, I’ve had the absolute pleasure of baking for:

🗼 The Dizzy Heights: 65cm & Counting!

225 Fluffy Clouds later... and we have reached a towering 65cm! 😲✨

The big question is... dare I go any higher? 🫣

To be perfectly honest, my nerves might have hit their absolute limit. It’s one thing practicing in Guilty Pleasure headquarters, but the reality of assembling something this magnificent in situ for a client? So chuffed to have conquered this particular challenge - onwards and upwards!

Behind the Scenes: Molten Sugar & Masterpieces

Work in progress! 😅 I am definitely not enjoying burning my fingers with molten sugar, but I am having an absolute blast constructing this behind the scenes—even in this July heat! ☀️

I’m currently practicing making a Fluffy Cloud Croquembouche. Between the choux pastry and the sugar, I’m pretty sure the whole family is going to look like a Fluffy Cloud soon! ☁️✨

They say practice makes perfect, but for now, I’m just aiming to keep my fingertips intact. Watch this space! 👇
