An Apology π€
To all of my wonderful, kind and caring customers,
Last Tuesday I was taken in to hospital very unwell and it has taken a week to have enough function to write this message.
I wanted to firstly apologise for anyone that got let down with little or no notice.
My family did not have access immediately to my phone or accounts and therefore could not notify anybody.
Itβs my understanding that some refunds have been made and others are yet to be processed.
Over the next week or so as I return to health and things improve I will contact anybody effected and resolve any issues.
Thank you so much for the kind messages of concern and understanding replies to my mum. It means the world.
