1am baking session complete for the work gang 🧁💛

With the flat move, adjusting to my new life and all the work changes going on, I honestly haven’t had a chance to get back into baking… and I have definitely missed it!!

We had staff training tonight so it felt like the perfect opportunity to bake up a storm as a little thank you to the team for smashing half term. Cue me being in the kitchen until 1am.

Introducing tonight’s cupcakes:

🍫 Bueno Bliss – chocolate chip cupcakes topped with chocolate buttercream and a Kinder Bueno piece

🤍 Milky Dream – vanilla cupcakes with white chocolate chunks, topped with white chocolate icing and finished with a Milkybar kid

Also… these are officially the first cupcakes baked in my new flat, which means Cait’s Bakes now officially has its own (solo) kitchen 🥹

The last time I baked was my Pudsey cupcakes for Rock Up & Ride, so it’s safe to say it’s been a while!

The gang definitely approved… they’ve already asked for more 💗🧁

It’s been a while since I’ve logged into CaitsBakes and spent some time in the kitchen—but today I got stuck in and had a lovely afternoon baking! 🍰💗
I made a delicious raspberry Victoria sponge and tested out two different coffee cupcake recipes after some friends requested them—always happy to be a taste tester’s dream! 😋☕
There might be a few cakes left over today, so if you’re interested, keep your eyes peeled—I’ll let you know once I’ve had a count.

I’ve been practicing my biscuits and icing them. Safe to say that a little bit of practice goes a long way! Now to have a chilled evening snuggled up in my pjs ❤️

Hey everyone, i hope you all had a lovely Christmas 🎄 ! I am back to my normal menu tomorrow and It feels so good to be back in the kitchen! I can’t wait to start making some orders! Our Valentine’s Day menu will be released on January 1st so keep on eye out for that! ❤️

Just like that I am no longer taking any Christmas orders ❤️ my diary for 2025 is now open and I’ll be keeping an eye on Bakesy for any orders made on there. We will be back to the normal menu for the first two weeks of January and switching to our valentines menu on the 14th which will be released on the 1st! I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas 🎄
