The Byres Bakehouse The Byres Bakehouse produces bespoke celebration and wedding cakes. We also specialise in fresh desserts using the finest quality of ingredients.

Cakes can be ordered in various flavours including: Madeira, Chocolate, Lemon, Chocolate and Malteser, Raspberry and White Chocolate, Fruit, Lime and Coconut and Carrot. Chocolates can be produced from simple sweets to wedding treats. Products can also be produced for festive periods and can be personalised and gift wrapped. Booking is essential for all orders. Orders must also be collected from the premises except for wedding orders where a delivery service is available at a charge.

When Grace came to us with her inspirational cake design, we couldn’t wait to bring her vision to life — and the result was simply stunning.

This elegant three-tier wedding cake was finished in luxurious buttercream, featuring delicate hand-crafted buttercream florals, beautiful silk flower details, personalised gold initials, and elegant diamanté and pearl bands for that perfect touch of sparkle.

Every detail was thoughtfully chosen to complement Grace’s wedding day and create a cake that was not only beautiful, but completely personal to the couple.
