Opening time:

Exhibitors may arrive from 9.30 to set up stalls. The doors will open to the public from 11.00 until 4.00pm. The Hall is booked until 5.00pm so we have an hour to pack up. Please can I ask that exhibitors aim to have there stalls ready 15 minutes before the doors open to avoid any potential chaos. Parking:

There is off street parking for exhibitors. Please be considerate to other exhibitors when parking as it may be necessary to park in front of one another to fit everyone in. If anyone needs to leave earlier than 5.00pm then please specify this on arrival. However it is a condition of this booking that exhibitors do not pack away until the end of the event (4.00pm). Table booking Fee:

Fees are to be paid in advance, once payment has cleared you will be allocated your table number. On the day you will find your number with your name on your allocated table. Tables are £25 for full table (approx 6ft x 3ft) or £12.50 for a half table. This also includes a free cup of tea or coffee for each exhibitor. This is your stand so therefore make it as lovely as you want, however please understand if we have to ask you to move things due to health and safety regulations. Advertising:

We have worked hard to advertise this event and will continue to do so up until the event day. There are A4 posters in many local shops, clubs, churches, the library and we have also delivered coloured leaflets to many local homes, as well as hand outs in Bromley high street and the surrounding area. The event can be found on www.ukcraftfairs.com and on Facebook. Insurance:

Organisers have public liability insurance to cover the running of the event. All stall holders are advised to have their own public liability insurance. In booking a table stall holders accept full responsibility for his/her merchandise and its safety and agree to conduct his/her activities on event premises so as not to endanger him or herself or any other persons. Organisers cannot be held responsible for injury or accident caused by a stallholder's product or exhibit, loss of profits, damage or theft of stallholders’ stock or interruption of power or services. Cancellations:

This is a not for profit event. The organisers are only intending to cover hall hire costs, insurance and any other costs incurred. We would therefore appreciate it if cancellations are made at least two weeks prior to the event, any later than this and we will not be able to refund your booking. However refunds will be given if the event is cancelled by the organisers. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of earnings. We hope that this will be a fun event for all concerned. Bromley does not have many such events and we have had an incredibly positive and supportive response from the general public. We have tried to be selective with stalls for variety however there may be others selling similar products. Just to let you know, there will be a tea room serving cakes, crumpets, cup cakes, mince pies and other refreshments.
