Honoured to create this 25th anniversary cake for a great dental practice who've kept the same cake design for every milestone 🥳🦷

Inside: a rich chocolate fudge cake, layered with raspberry jam and dark chocolate ganache and covered with a chocolate fudge icing 🍫

my first heart cake! I can't believe it's taken me this long to finally get round to making one 😱

this style of vintage piping is very new for me, but I thoroughly enjoyed it! ☺️

A 4-tier vanilla sponge, layered with a vanilla swiss meringue buttercream and sandwiched with a sharp raspberry jam 🍰

I made this cake as thank you and leaving gift for a work colleague of mine 🥳

A 4-layer chocolate fudge cake, layered with a smooth chocolate fudge buttercream and a sharp raspberry jam, and finally finished off with a dark chocolate drop, chocolate donuts and chocolate brownies - luckily they like chocolate! 🍫

This was a massive hit, with all of the cake gone within the day! 😱

This cake was definitely outside my comfort zone, but nonetheless it was super fun to make! If you couldn’t tell already...
