✨Chocolate Chip Muffins✨

There are two types of muffins in this video, both of which came out beautifully moist and soft. There are chocolate muffins, with chunky peices of milk chocolate pieces, as well as soft, gooey fudge peices. For those who prefer a little bit of a lighter nibble, there are also vanilla muffins with, again, chunks of milk chocolate and fudge peices.

These were absolutely beautiful, and everyone who ate them were satisfied 💕

✨White Chocolate and Caramel Blondies✨

A chewy, but gooey blondie with Cadbury caramel peices, a caramel infused batter with white chocolate chunks and drizzled with caramel sauce.

✨Sausage and Apple Rolls✨

Seasons Sausage meat with a hint of garlic, diced apple peices, wrapped in flaky and golden puff pastry.

These were a huge hit with the people who shared these, I didn’t even get to try one 😅 I will definitely be making these more often ☺️

✨Chocolate Orange Macarons✨

My oh my what a stressful bake! The first time I made these, they went brilliantly. I had a request for some macarons for the lovely Lizzie, which set my nerves high! This was the second time making these, and after three batches they just weren’t working!
However, I had a few successful ones, just enough to complete the order! I received some absolutely wonderful feedback, reminding me just why I wanted to start this business!

Hello everyone and Happy Easter! Today I decided I was going to bake something for Easter, and this was the outcome!

✨Mini Egg Drip Cake✨

A double chocolate chip vanilla sponge, with vanilla buttercream, and smashed mini eggs between the layers. I have decorated this cake with halved mini eggs, a purple white chocolate ganache, buttercream swirls and some mini eggs to top!

A few things went wrong with this bake, I ran out of buttercream, my first batch of icing split, and the ganache wasn’t as I’d hoped. However, it’s been a year since I last baked one of these cakes, so I’m very pleased with the outcome!

✨Crunchie and Caramel Drip Cake✨

A Crunchie flavoured buttercream, with an added layer of caramel, sandwiched between two moist chocolate sponges. This cake is topped with both caramel and chocolate ganache drips, and decorated with fudge peices, buttercream swirls, chocolate chards, Cadbury’s caramel nibbles, Cadburys crunchie chunks as well as a crunchie dust border at the base.

This was made for someone out of the family long before lockdown, and I received amazing feedback from it! It’s still definitely one of my favourite cakes!

These are lovely with chopped fruit and cream, or on their own. These can also be made into meringue kisses as decoration on cakes!
