Woohoo we have officially fired up the ovens and made our first batch of sourdough, with our starter named Francois!

Our sourdoughs will be available to buy from the 19th September! We can’t wait for you to try them!

HOP Bakehouse is all about supporting Local & Seasonal ingredients in our freshly baked goodies!

We’re aiming to celebrate the wonderful Lincolnshire and Yorkshire local producers wherever we possibly can from veggies to fruit, to cheese, meat and even oil!

This photo is from a wonderful organic fruit farm located over near Market Rasen! Just look at all the beautiful produce 🤩

It might still look like a building site but here’s a little glimpse, it’s all starting to come together! Things are moving fast! The space seems to transform by the hour at the moment.

We’re so excited to welcome you to our brand new bakery and cafe at Elsham Hall!
