Introducing Teisen Mel — a traditional Welsh spiced honey cake and the perfect autumnal treat 🍂🍯

Rich, moist and packed with warming autumn spices, then finished with a delicious honey glaze… these little beauties are seriously moreish! 🐝✨

It’s sometimes easy to see a stall stocked full of Welshcakes and forget that every single one is handmade by Ryan in our home kitchen

There’s a LOT of blood, sweat and tears that goes into each cake… although not literally. Because, quite frankly, that would be gross 😂

Behind every Welshcake is hours of baking, prepping and probably a little bit of swearing too. ❤️
