So, I’ve just learned that it’s much, much easier to spot mistakes and see what I should be doing when watching the video back than when I’m on the mats mid roll. Engaging my brain when out of breath is a completely different kettle of fish! But I love it ☺️

When Team USA 🇺🇸 approached me out of the blue last weekend to specifically ask whether I would treat their athletes at the World Championships I was completely humbled, but torn, because my responsibility at the Championships was solely for the care of the UK Team 🤷🏻‍♀️
However, when , the USA Head Coach told me, with sincere honesty, that he completely trusted me with his Athletes, I knew I wanted to help and I’m grateful to the UK Team Management for allowing me to take on some ‘extra work’! 🙏🏼
So, to then unexpectedly have the privilege to work with , , , and and to help them towards achieving their ultimate goal of dominating the competition, was an incredible experience and one that I’m still super happy to have been a small part of.
Especially considering that Zach went on to be crowned the 2019 World Champion, Matt Dlugos and the USA Team both narrowly missed out on their podium spots, each coming in at an incredible 4th place over an arduous weekend of tests and personal challenges.
Not only are you all exceptional athletes, you’re all genuinely some of the nicest and kindest humans I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet and it’s with great pride that is think I can now call you friends as well as simply being prestigious clients of MassageRX 🤗
Fly high even greater things are still to come for you all in Canada and I cannot wait to see what comes next for each of you individually; and finally, THANK YOU again for putting your trust in my hands. .

There is nothing that compares with taking your (nearly) 90 year old Nan to a and friends gig and hearing her laugh out loud for two hours solid at words you never knew were in her vocabulary!! 😲
And as if sitting in the second row wasn’t enough, to have ask the whole audience to shout “Hello Heather” to her and to give her a round of applause was simply magical!!

A week after treating all the athletes at Inferno Pairs London 2019 and I still couldn’t be prouder of my team or of my company, MassageRX .compete.repeat
To know that we made a difference, albeit small, to a whole bunch of incredible athletes is a very nice feeling indeed.
