Not may people realise home bakers need to pass food hygiene & allergy training and be registered wit the local council to be able to sell cakes.
Although I don't make many cakes anymore, I do keep all my training up to date, Saturday evening was spent completing the allergy course and tonight it's the food hygiene course.
Insurance renewal all sorted, now i'll be able to donate a cake in February for a child through Cakes for Heroes

7" Baileys flavour cake filled with Baileys buttercream.
This style cake was all over the internet last year (well done however made the original lol) but I didn't get a chance to make it, made the Santa Christmas day and gave the cake as a gift ;)
