It's been a scorcher of a weekend and fantastic for football season so this cake seemed very fitting to have created for a very special birthday! A victoria sponge cake filled with jam and vanilla and white chocolate buttercream, hand carved into football shirt and decorated in the favorite strip the birthday boy supports, of course Arsenal!⚽️ With a little nod to the Artemis 2 rocket he got to see in person launch 🚀 happy birthday Mylo🎂

It was an absolute pleasure to create this fun cake for 2 boys special birthdays! 🎂A 7" 3 layer rich chocolate sponge cake filled with rich salted caramel buttercream and decorated with black and white hexagon fondant football paneling. Finished with edible printed logos and gaming and football decorations⚽️🍫 Xbox or Playstation...which side are you on though?🎮

I had the chance to create these very gorgeous pink and white cupcakes for a special birthday 🌸 a mixture of red velvet sponge and chocolate sponge cupcakes topped with pretty in pink buttercream piping, edible white chocolate decorations with silver Lustre dust and flowers and toppers🧁🌷

We will be at The Sandy Lane May Fayre tomorrow with lots of tasty bakes! If you're around there's plenty of fun to be had at the fayre along with some other fabulous stall holders, so grab yourself a delicious bake, from gourmet cookies and brownies to millionaires shortbread and colourful cupcakes, enjoy the festivities!
