Roasted red pepper and tomato soup

Ingredients
5 red and orange peppers
I bag of mini plum tomatoes
4 salad tomatoes
2 gloves of elephant garlic, just bashed not peeled
2 onions halved
2 sticks of celery
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
Pinch of chilli flakes
Chicken stock 1 litre
1/4 tube Tomato purée
1 Tin chopped tomatoes
1 tablespoon sun dried tomato pesto rosso
6 slices prosciutto crudo
Salt and pepper

Miso, mustard and honey glazed gammon ham cooked in delicious organic cider
2kg Gammom joint pc with 250 mls of for 44 mins
NR for 5 mins then QR
Remove skin and glaze with half mixture
Recipe for glaze
1 tbs honey
1tbs dark brown sugar
1 heaped teaspoon miso paste
I teaspoon English mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
AF for 7 mins and re apply glaze
AF for 7 mins
Rest
Served with new potatoes sliced and covered with olive oil, chilli flakes, paprika, salt and pepper
