It’s been a minute….🤍

I am still here I’ve just been taking it a little bit easier than usual post summer holidays, it was a busy one and the mum guilt when owning your own small business whilst also working is something else!

Currently obsessing over all things seasonal over here! I can’t get enough of these gorgeous Christmas themed sugar cookies which went out this morning as a bespoke order for the incredibly talented and gorgeous inside and out thank you for sending me this beautiful image 🤍

Currently still taking orders for this side of Christmas but booking up super fast so if you need something from me pop me a DM sooner rather than later.

•Wedding•Season•

Wedding season is upon us and it’s bloomin hot hot hot 🥵!!

Did you know I only take on limited weddings a year as they actually stress me out more than anything. They are the most rewarding creations but my god the time and worry, not to mention travelling with a stacked buttercream cake in a car also when it’s so hot is just the most scary thing in the world!

A reminder whilst it is so hot, to keep your cakes cool! Keep them in the fridge for as long as possible, in their box so they don’t sweat when you bring them out. Travel with them flat on the footwell of the car (not in your lap) with air on on full blast and DO NOT display in direct sunlight or near to any heat source, they will melt!!

I am almost booked up for 2024 weddings now with just a few dates remaining so if you are considering booking with me, sooner rather than later to enquire is best.

Here’s a throwback to my first ever wedding cake 🤍 this one was postponed during first lockdown and was only enjoyed by 30 people at the reception in the September as a last minute plan. She was the most beautiful cake I had ever seen and I was so proud, still is one of my favs 🥰
