First things first, this is not my official job,but hopefully one day it might be. So with that in mind I can tell you I'm not a professionally trained cake making expert, but I can/do make good looking tasty cakes made to look like certain things (for examples please look at the cakes I've already made). Well it's been a long time since I posted anything, but finally good news with a new cake to do and not for a new customer, a second cake for a special young man and I have to add a cake i'm going to love every second of doing.
