Recent job we’ve completed
Customer wasn’t happy with the old steps as they were to steep and all different sizes and they were losing space on their patio. So we blocked up the old steps and dug out the old planter which was no use to them and built new steps with and even height and deeper tread to walk on and finished off with patio slabs

This was a joint one with OT Construction & Landscaping and what a difference it has made turning this unusable garden into a complete transformation 👊
✅machines in to dig out the full garden
✅muck/rubble removed
✅old retaining walls knocked down and removed
✅old decking ripped up an removed
✅boundary trees cut down and removed
✅tree stumps dug up and removed
✅footings dug and poured
✅new boundary retaining walls built and new steps
✅40ton of hardcore back in levelled out and wacked down

Internal project we done back in January 💪
A previous customer bought a new property that was sold to them under false accusations
The sellers stated that all the work had been done which was new floors laid up to standards through out the property which was completely false.
Upon inspection in the back room was just a skim of self levelling concrete straight on top of old stone slabs and dirt underneath no sub base no dpm an certainly no insulation
Upon further inspection the front room and the corridor was in the same state so the customer asked if we could do a full ground floor gut and reinstate to the correct and current building regulations and signed off by building regs 👍
Whilst we gutted everything the customer wanted full open plan on ground floor so we had to build 2 supporting pillars and we had to install a steel beam to support the weight of the first floor
We also had to hack off all the ground floor plasterboards/plaster because of the rising damp caused by the floors not being correctly installed customer asked us if they could do the rest as they only wanted us to do the rip out, install pillars and beam and new floor up to building regs 💪

The customer wanted it as 1 even level driveway as it was quite awkward to get a car up and down the old steep driveway. The work speaks for itself 👊
✅ footings dug
✅concrete footings poured
✅triple in to double block retaining wall
✅then cladded with brick finish and new set of brick steps on back of the driveway
