We have officially been open a whole year today. And what a year it has been!!!! Thank you to everyone that has supported us and helped us grow into the successful business we are today. It has honestly given me that something I never knew I needed. ❤️

Blackpool's Best Bakes was created in the middle of the night, when I couldn't sleep and had too much going on. I needed a distraction from life and little hobby. It has certainly been a distraction. This isn't just a business to me, it was my happy place when everything else in life was going so bad. It was the one thing I had control over and the one thing that put a smile on my face. To be able to make someone's special day that little bit more special is an honour and fills me with a certain joy.

I believe that everyone deserves a birthday cake, wedding cake, christening cake etc but I know they can be costly so my aim when opening the business was to provide bespoke, good quality cakes that are affordable to everyone. I hope I have managed to do this.
