The Perfect Slice Designer Cakes and Cupcakes for Every Occasion I am a 5th year school pupil and am wanting to start a small cake decoration business to earn some money.

I am REHIS qualified in Elementary Food Hygiene and am currently working towards getting my kitchen approved by the local council. With a range of cakes, icing and decorations, I work closely with potential customers to create the best possible design suited to their occasion. As I am currently studying for my Highers, I would ask potential customers to appreciate that it may not always be possibl

e to accept an order and that a minimum notice of 1 week for cupcakes and 3 weeks for a cake is required.
