It's Tuesday and I've just about recovered from an amazing weekend of brownie towers!

First up, a large tower for Ashleigh and Michael at The South Causey Inn's stunning Old Barn.

Classic flavours and a mix of brownies and blondies meant there was something for every guest.

"Can you make Battenberg blondies?" they asked.

"Of course," I said... and it was an absolute pleasure because they're one of my favourites too!
