I find myself complete when baking and decorating a cake, it is my passion to make different types of cakes with fresh cream. I enjoy baking Cake and decorating it with soft (fresh) cream and Chocolate ganache. My specialty is to make healthy cakes, egg free cake, flour less cake as there are many people who has allergies against egg, flour. So I like to give the pleasure of having a healthy cake
for those people also. For decoration, I prefer using fresh cream, chocolate and avoid ready made decorating accessories, unless someone requests for it. I have been making cakes for several years now and everyone who ate my cake loves to taste it again as it is very light and soft. I also make tea/evening cakes, some of which are very niche to find in the market, e.g. toscatårta (Swedish Almond Cake), Kvæfjordkake (known as World's Best Cake), Black Forrest from Germany and many different varieties from other countries as well. I really enjoy what I do as a passion and hobby.
