Have a blessed day everyone . Lets ensure we remember all who are in difficulty right now and offer our duas for their ease especially in Palestine .

Lets also take a minute and say Alhamdulilah a million times for everything and everyone we do have . I am sure there is no one who is without hardships subhan Allah just know that there is a better plan after hardships IA.

Whether you are celebrating alone or around loved ones have a blessed day . I am always here if anyone wants to message me I have a few sisters who have told me their circumstances and I just want to say your'e not alone and I eont judge you.

Some people will tell you they are feeling lonely on this day and some will stay silent, if you can reach out to anyone then please do , not everyone has family or loved ones they can celebrate with just respect that.

Also JZK , thank you from my heart for all the donations , you will all certainly be in my duas always and on this day , please remember my family and me in your duas too, your duas mean alot 🤲🤲

Recieved some more donations last min to feed 5 more families in Azad kashmir this EID Insha Allah and for a whole month!!! 😥😥 you know who you are , may Allah swt reward your families and you immensly and ease any hardships thats my dua from my heart Ameen, I was just thinking today that we wont be able to feed all the families and then this subhan Allah 🤲🤲 pls donate if you want to feed a family this Eid this will be your last chance .

Please donate even a small amount and it will go a long way over there , just £6️⃣.2️⃣5️⃣ to feed a whole family for one week and just £2️⃣5️⃣ for a whole month. Just think of the rewards for yourself IA in these last days of this blessed month. Most of us can spend this much without even thinking twice on an outfit but just think it could feed a whole hungry family 😥😥 . Of course I know we are not without struggles here but we can never get poor due to giving charity..

Ensure you are looking after your mental and emotional well being also that of your kids especially under the circumstances over the past few months. There are organisations there to help you and your kids through anything so pls do contact me if you need any guidance or support and don't feel alone.

There are free parental courses which I will be taking aswell to ensure I am being as proactive as possible at this time with my kids . Please contact if you are interested in this.

If you are struggling for essentials / going through a crisis I can support you confidentially.

If you are in a domestic violence situation message me with confidence directly .

After recent alarming disclosures from women seeking help / refuge at a time of crisis and being abused / used I want to highlight and speak to you women directly ;if someone no matter who they are , are putting you in a position where you are doing something against your will or they are abusing their postions of trust please please report this or no one will ever know and it will carry on for other women and children too and it will ruin your life not build it . You owe these pple nothing. From what I have heard and seen I know it's a very difficult time and position to be in but if you come forward you will be fully supported and believed. Don't let abuse carry on and don't let anyone get away with it , that first step will be a step toward your freedom though difficult it is necessary. To all women ensure you only approach organisations / people who you can track / are verified . Never give your personal details unless you are sure it is safe to do so. Never meet with anyone alone . If you feel something is wrong approach a third party you can trust and ask their opinion . Any situation where someone is taking advantage of you is not your fault no matter what you have said or done to get there it is the abusers fault. Dont suffer alone .

PROJECT AZAD KASHMIR UPDATE

Thank you all for your support in buying my gravy also direct donations.

For the month of July we had a total of £2️⃣6️⃣0️⃣ which has been sent and I will give a further update once the food parcels have been distributed IA.
