Hi lovelies, i need urgent help. I am using same recipe and ingredients. But my vanilla cake sponge becomes golden but too soft. Even though when i try to wrap it with cling film it was so delicate to handle. Is it temperature too low to keep the sponge golden or not baking long enough?
I checked the sponge with skewers and when it starts leaving the edges then i take it out. After that i leave it in the pan for ten minutes then take them out on a wire rack to let them cool. When they are slightly warm i wrap them in cling film.
This is what i do all the time. A part from the temperature is between 150-160 jnstead of 160
