There are two methods which can be used to make cakesicles...

1)Freeze Method 🥶
(Add melted choco in to mould, Add stick -> Freeze-> Add cakesicle mix (cake/buttercream mixed to make cakesicle dough) in to mould-> Freeze ->Add chocolate to cover the back -Freeze.. once set remove out of mould- decorate

2)- Dip Method 💧
Add cakesicle mix to mould with stick -> Freeze , once set bring slightly to room temp and Dip in to melted chocolate allowing excess to drip off- once set, decorate

We have tried both ways, and although there are more stages in the Freeze Method we tend to get a better much smoother cakesicle this way. So this is our way!!
