Even though I’m on holiday for a few days, there’s still a little bit of cake planning happening behind the scenes! 🎂📖

I’ve been spending some time with my diary, working backwards from Christmas and mapping everything out — model making days, marzipan time, final cake decorating, and all the celebration cakes in between now and then. Plus, endless lists of supplies and reminders to make sure everything is in stock exactly when I need it!

This is why ordering your celebration cakes as early as possible really helps. It’s not just about baking and decorating — there’s so much planning, prep, and behind-the-scenes organising that nobody ever sees!

So… are you an organised planner, or a last-minute “I need a cake for Saturday!” kind of person? 😄
